Content Optimization Specialist
You'll spend most days analyzing completion data, identifying where learners struggle, and working with content creators to restructure lessons. This means looking at heatmaps, reviewing timestamp analytics, and understanding why a 12-minute video performs differently than three 4-minute segments.
What you'll need
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms
